1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kindergartenlab Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Permitted Use

Kindergartenlab Studio and all templates, designs and assets available on the platform are licensed exclusively for non-commercial, educational and institutional use. You may use, edit and print designs for educational activities, classroom decoration, school events and similar non-profit educational purposes.

4. Non-Commercial Use — Content May Not Be Sold

All content provided on Kindergartenlab Studio — including but not limited to templates, design elements, graphics, fonts and generated designs — is strictly non-commercial. You may not sell, resell, license, sublicense, rent, lease or otherwise transfer any content or derivative works created using this platform for monetary or commercial gain. Using platform content in paid products, print-on-demand services, stock asset marketplaces, or any commercial offering is expressly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, graphics, design elements, logos and software on the Kindergartenlab platform are the intellectual property of Kindergartenlab or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works for commercial distribution without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited: (a) using the platform or its content for commercial sale or profit; (b) attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code; (c) uploading harmful, illegal, offensive or infringing content; (d) impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation; (e) using automated tools to scrape, crawl or mass-download content; (f) circumventing any technical measures protecting the platform.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, or if we determine your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your access to the platform and all associated data may be removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kindergartenlab Studio is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue any feature or part of the service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes.

10. Governing Law
