Privacy Policy

A clear explanation of what information we process, why we use it, and how you can manage your choices.

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Information we collect

When you create an account or sign in, we process your email address, display name, account status, and authentication information. Images, projects, comments, favorites, and published content may also be associated with your account.

For security and service quality, limited technical records such as IP address, browser information, request path, error records, and event time may be retained.

How we use information

  • Operate account, sign-in, and email verification features
  • Store projects, uploads, and preferences
  • Prevent abuse and protect platform security
  • Diagnose errors and improve the product experience
  • Deliver and measure advertising where permission has been given

Traffic analytics

KindergartenLab's first-party traffic analytics does not use a third-party analytics cookie. To estimate unique visitors, a keyed hash is generated from the IP address and browser information. These technical records may still constitute personal data, so access is restricted and they are processed only for security, performance, and usage analysis.

Where permission and regional requirements allow, we also use Google Analytics to understand page views, general usage trends, and site performance. Google Analytics storage and measurement behavior is limited according to regional consent requirements and Google Consent Mode choices.

Sharing, international transfers, and retention

Data may be processed by infrastructure, email, authentication, and advertising providers only as needed to operate the service. When Google Sign-In or Google AdSense is used, information may be processed and transferred internationally by Google under its own terms. We do not sell personal data; we may disclose information where legally required.

Information is retained while necessary for its purpose, while the account remains active, or for a legally required period, and is then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to account information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where applicable, or objection to certain processing. You can change your advertising cookie choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

Children's privacy

The platform provides educational materials, but accounts are intended to be managed by adult parents, guardians, and educators. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Contact us if you believe a child's information has been processed without appropriate permission.
