Using KindergartenLab

These terms describe the basic rules for using the website, editor, downloadable resources and account features.

Permitted educational use

Unless a resource displays a different license, KindergartenLab resources may be downloaded and used by families, teachers and education professionals for personal, classroom and educational-group use. Branding and attribution marks must not be removed.

Restrictions

Resources may not be resold, redistributed as standalone files, presented as another party's product, used as a trademark, or placed in another downloadable library without written permission.

Accounts and uploads

You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the rights needed to upload content. Do not upload unlawful, harmful or privacy-invasive material, and do not attempt to bypass security or usage limits.

Availability and changes

Features and resources may change as the platform improves. We may suspend abusive activity, correct metadata, remove content or restrict access when needed for security, legal compliance or service integrity.
